Xcelsius Dashboard: /CRMBW/XC_SVO_CLS
You use this Xcelsius dashboard to gain an overview of the service order closure rate. You can also see which priority the service orders have.
This Xcelsius dashboard is available by default in the business role Service (SERVICEPRO)
.
To use this Xcelsius dashboard, you must activate the business function SAP BusinessObjects Integration and CRM Interactive Reporting (CRM_ANA_BOB
).
