Features

As per the deregulated electricity retail law in Japan, energy suppliers can change contractual demand of contracts. This solution enables you to change contractual demand of contracts that have supply process status as In Activation or Accepted. It also triggers market communication switch message for the same.

To enable this the following processes have been enhanced:

  • Product change –– Use this process to make changes to contractual demand value for contracts that have contract item billed. The system updates the contractual demand value and triggers a switch message for the same.

    Note Note

    If you want to change the contractual demand value of contracts that have Start Supply status as Accepted or Replication Completed and contract item is not billed, you should use Correct Contract process.

  • Product change cancel –– Use this process to cancel the current contractual demand changes and revert the contractual demand value to its previous value. The system cancels the changes to the contractual demand value and triggers a switch message for the same.
