Generate and Display Cases

You can generate and display the End Customer and End Contract cases in order to start a business process in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and transfer it to SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for further actions.

Object Identification and Data Overview for Customers of SAP Waste and Recycling.

The new user interfaces Account Identification, Object Address Identification, and Business Data Environment close the gaps between the SAP GUI and the CRM WEB UI user interfaces. The option of using the latest technology to create your own user interfaces increases efficiency and effectiveness.

Handling Service Locations, Containers, Cleaning Objects, and Services

The new user interfaces Object Address, Service Address, and Corresponding Services close the gaps between the SAP GUI and the CRM WEB UI user interfaces.

In the CRM WebClient user interfaces, the SAP ERP objects Waste Disposal Object and Property are combined to create the Object Address. The Container Location and the Cleaning Object are used to create the Service Address.
