The following new assignment blocks are available with this business function:

  • Assignment block for complaints on the overview page for accounts

  • Assignment block for leads on the overview page for contact persons

Prerequisites

  • You have installed the following components as of the version mentioned:

  • In the UI Component Workbench (transaction: BSP_WD_CMPWB), you have defined whether you can preselect the objects displayed in the respective assignment block.

    • You can select a filter for the complaint assignment block in the component BTCOMPLAINT_ASS in the view ComplaintResultList.

    • You can select a filter for the leads assignment block in the component BP_BPBT in the view ContactLeadsOV.

  • The assignment block for leads is available to you as of SAP enhancement package 1 (SP06) for SAP CRM 7.0 automatically if you activate the respective business function. If you want to use the assignment block for leads for SAP enhancement package 1 (SP03) for SAP CRM 7.0, you can activate the business function for this release level. However, if you do so, you must also import Note 1606486Information published on SAP site.

Features

Assignment Block for Complaints

The assignment block is supplied in a closed format and displays complaints for the following accounts:

  • Individual Account

  • Organizational Account

  • Group

This applies regardless of the partner function for the account in the complaint.

Assignment Block for Leads

The assignment block is supplied in a closed format and functions in the same way as the existing leads assignment block in the account.
