With this business function you can use SAP BusinessObjects reports and dashboards in CRM. A wizard helps you to add these reports to the CRM report work center. For certain business roles, such as sales manager, predefined Xcelsius dashboards are available.
Additional sets of characteristics and key figures are available for CRM interactive reporting. Dashboards are also available for CRM interactive reporting.
Furthermore, a range of detailed queries are available, which are particularly suitable for creating SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Server reports.
SAP provides BI Content bundled for use in various business situations. The BI Content activation workbench is available for searching for BI Content bundles and activating the bundled BW objects.

If you want to use SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Server reports or Crystal Reports, you must install SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Server.
To display the provided Xcelsius Dashboards, you require Adobe Flash Player Version 9. Note also the license terms for SAP BusinessObjects.
To create your own dashboards, you require SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius Enterprise 2008 (SP03, FP1). Take note of the corresponding license terms.
For Xcelsius dashboards, the following system requirements also apply:

If you want to use the BI Content activation workbench, you must ensure that the business function Enhancements for Business Suite Analytics is activated.
Note
By default, the business function Enhancements for Business Suite Analytics is automatically activated when you activate the business functions SAP BusinessObjects Integration and CRM interactive reporting.
Sales managers can use extensive characteristic and key figure sets to put together interactive CRM reports for ad hoc analysis of the following areas:
