You may need to make changes to quotations already entered in the system. For example, a customer may want to accept some items in a quotation but not others. You then need to update the quotation, mark the rejected items and assign reasons for the rejection. You can select a single quotation to change or, if you do not know the number, you can find it by choosing Possible entries. Alternatively, you can generate a list of quotations using your own selection criteria, such as customer, material, or probability, and select the quotations you want to change.
