Cancellation of Options
You can cancel product options in provider contracts. If a contract change is started after the end date of a canceled option, the canceled option is not visible as a subitem in the change order. The product configuration is updated with this information and the options become selectable again. When the agent cancels an option, the system checks the options against the cancellation rules, which are defined in Customizing. In addition, you can revoke the cancellation of options. In this case, the original status of the option is reset.
