The collective bill account in SAP ERP bundles the individual contract accounts of a customer. This means it is possible to send the customer a single bill only. The collective bill account is now also available in SAP CRM as a collective bill business agreement. This supports the creation, changing, and assignment of standard business agreements to collective bill business agreements.
The Utilities Check Cockpit is a new tool that you can use to make sure that your system is consistent. You can use it to perform cross-system checks in SAP CRM and SAP ERP to display an overview of the status of your utilties-specific objects. You can track the check process and trigger follow-up actitvites to correct any errors.
The enhanced identification enables you to display the business and technical master data on a single screen. You can navigate to the respective detail view and start processes.
A new user interface is available that you can use to enter service orders and notifications, which are subsequently processed by the service department.
You can use this enhancement to the CRM Utilities Process Framework to define and execute flexible checks in the contract and offer processes and also implement your own checks.
You can use this tool to import a large number of points of delivery to your CRM System using an external interface and assign them to a point of delivery set.
A key account manager at a utility company can use this function to manage all versions of an offer that are created during customer negotiations. Starting from the current offer version, the key account manager can access any other version using a link to compare the different versions. If the customer accepts the offer, the key account manager creates a contract from the most recent offer version.
You can use the Insert Contract
process to insert items from various contracts in an offer. The system transfers the point of delivery and optionally the business partner and business agreement. Accepting these new offer items triggers the product change or a move-in/out.
