Define a default problem type or default solution type

If most of the problems or solutions you create are of the same problem or solution type, you may want to define a default value for the Problem Type field and/or Solution Type field. The default problem or solution type is proposed for each new problem and solution you create.

Create a linked problem or linked solution automatically

When you create a problem, the system can create a linked solution for you automatically, and vice versa.

Display additional functions in the application toolbar and additional information in the tree structure

For each additional function and for the additional information in the tree structure, there is a corresponding option in the View menu. This makes it possible to override the default setting for the current session.

In your user settings, you have not selected Show Technical Information because your job does not require you to display, for example, codes and code groups in the tree structure. However, if you do need to know the code or code group, you can display it in the tree structure simply by choosing Show/Hide Technical Info.
