Attachments (such as Internet addresses and files) can provide additional information for resolving a problem.

In Solution Maintenance, click the Attachments tab page. For more information, see:

Document Processing

The attachment is assigned to the solution. You can display the attachment by double-clicking it on the Attachments tab page. For example, if the attachment is an Internet address, a Web browser is launched.
