Use

When you process sales documents, you are also able to assign them to contracts. (For example, you create a standard order and during processing, you assign it to a value contract that you have agreed with that customer.) You can assign the sales document at header or item level.

Select the item that you want to assign to a contract and choose Edit → Assign contract to item.

Go to Edit → Assign contract to header.
