A utility quotation is a legally binding quote to a customer regarding the agreement of utility contracts.

A utility quotation can be useful for the customer as well as for the utility company. On the one hand, the customer has the opportunity to find out about prices and supply conditions in order to make an informed decision. On the other hand, the utility company can include the anticipated services in its planning at an early stage, thus gaining an overview of the expected costs and revenues.

Within the validity period of a utility quotation, the customer can conclude a contract based on the conditions stipulated in the quotation. This function is available in the CRM WebClient UI and in the Interaction Center WebClient.
