Searching for Assets
You use this function to search for assets.
Features
When searching for assets, you can choose between the following options:
Search - Property criteria and free text search
The search result list contains the latest version of the asset that the user has access to.
Browse - Taxonomy views
The taxonomy hierarchy only shows nodes where a user has access to at least one asset under that node.
The search result list contains the latest version of the asset that the user has access to.
Advanced search – Complex property criteria and saving reusable queries
The search result list contains the latest version of the asset that the user has access to.
The user can search for a specific status and security level.
You can use the
Display All Versions
indicator to display all versions of an asset in the search result.
Note
To see the different taxonomy stages and assets within a specific taxonomy stage, you require suitable authorization.

the Search Result
