Checks travel services (such as flights) for availability and books online

Checks travel requests or travel plans presented and books online

Enters travel expenses (such as trip destinations, expenses receipts, trip segments)

Checks, approves and settles expenses statements presented

Contact person for traveler stored in the system ("Infocenter")

The travel administrator has the authorization to carry out these tasks for all travelers in the enterprise.
