Features
This role allows sales representatives to perform their daily tasks, such as monitoring and executing material returns, in the SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC). This role corresponds to the SAP NetWeaver portal content in the Business Package for Returns Processing.

Allows sales representatives to find their personal worklist, which also allows them direct access to services they need, such as displaying and changing contracts, displaying customer fact sheets and sales documents, and creating billing documents and outbound deliveries with order references. |

Here, sales representatives can evaluate returns data, and display reports and statistics relating to returns, such as customer returns overview, customer refund determination, and material inspections. |
Integration
This role belongs to the application component EP-PCT-SD-S. You can only use this business process if you have activated the business function Advanced Returns Management (OPS_ ADVRETURNS_1) in SAP ECC.
Depending on the system landscape used, the role requires individual applications or reports from remote systems. This is the case in particular with reports (system alias SAP_BW, SAP_BI). In this case, you have to create system connections. For more information, see 5.10 Remote Systems. In most cases, the name of the system connection matches the name of the system alias, but specific connection attributes can be attached (_RFC, _HTTP, _HTTPS). For most of the ERP NWBC roles, the connection type is H.
