The transactions for this role allow you to define and change drilldown reports that access line items in Profitability Analysis. You can also use them to display characteristics that are not used in the profitability segment and thereby cannot be displayed in the standard profitability segment. It makes most sense to use reports based on line items when you analyze a relatively small amount of line items, such as when analyzing sales for a given day. More extensive analyses cause very long runtimes.
