Technical name: SAP_CO_PA_REPORT_DEMO

This role contains reports from the operating concern template Quickstart (S_GO). This is one of the operating concerns delivered by SAP for demonstration purposes. You can use the demo reports to display example data that has been generated. In this way, they demonstrate the data analysis options available in Profitability Analysis.

Executing the delivered demo reports

The reports delivered by SAP cannot be used productively. This is because an operating concern for productive use is first created in the customer system, and the reports in that system are specific either to that customer or to that operating concern.

• If the reports assigned to a user with this role are to be used productively, you can delete the demo reports from the role and replace them with profitability reports taken from your productive operating concern.
• If a user needs to be assigned the demo reports as a demonstration of the possible uses of profitability analysis, example data must be generated first. In Customizing for Profitability Analysis, you generate the example data by choosing Structures → Define Operating Concern → Sample Operating Concerns → Use SAP Operating Concern Templates. Execute the activity and then choose the Template Quickstart S_GO. By choosing Application Examples → Prepare Application Examples, you can generate or delete example data.
