The Human Resources Analyst is an HR expert. He or she is regarded as a strategic partner of HR managers, and the managing directors of the enterprise. He or she provides information that enables HR data to be monitored with regard to the strategic goals of the enterprise. This information is the basis for personnel planning activities and enables the enterprise to satisfy statutory reporting requirements.
The following tasks are typical of those performed by the Human Resources Analyst.
● Creating, executing, and formatting numerous reports as the main information retrieval instrument
● Formatting and timely provision of relevant human resources information that is used for planning and decision support purposes by HR managers and the managing directors of the company
● Formatting and timely provision of legally required human resources statistics
