The Position Management Administrator’s task is to ensure and monitor the financing of employees and positions.
The tasks for this role include:
· Planning, creating, and monitoring a personnel household
· Setting up and maintaining an organizational structure
· Providing and adjusting financing means for employees and positions
· Creating reports and evaluations for financing, budgets, and organizations
In position management, the Position Management Administrator creates and administers a personnel budget and an organizational structure. The Position Management Administrator uses the personnel budget to finance the employees and positions in the organization. He or she is also responsible for creating reports and evaluations to monitor the budget allocation for financing, and to be able to make adjustments.
