The tasks contain the management of the different access profiles that control access to the different data levels.

A list of objects which those persons who have these profiles can access is assigned to the authorization profiles. There are profiles at the following levels:

• Location
• Test type
• Test info object

The role relates to all the activities that are needed to limit access to the result data in the PAW Manager. The role differs from the typical system administrator role in that special authorizations are managed to ensure that access to the result data is flexible. For example, access to different levels of aggregation for the result data can be controlled (location, test type, info object).

There is also a user profile containing the information about the allocation of users and authorization profiles.

There are separate management dialogs for the role owner for all four profiles. There is also a report giving an overview of the current authorizations.
