  Role Organizational Unit for Integration with Org. Management

Definition

An organizational unit represents a part of the organizational structures for business partners. The system creates business partners with the business partner role Organizational Unit for your existing organizational units.

Use

For you to use your existing organizational units in orders, the system must create business partners from these organizational units. T he system uses theOrganizational Unit role for the business partners it creates from organizational units.

You can make settings for the integration of business partners and organizational units in Customizing for Business Partner. You do this in the Customizing activities under Integration Business Partners - Organization Management .
