The planning overview for processes provides an overview of the business process selected using the planning. You can see:

• Which resources are included by which allocation partners, and
• Which receiver objects used what quantities from the business process

The price report for business processes provides you with an overview of the prices set by the SAP System or those set manually, these being the fixed and variable prices, and the total price.

This provides you with a price overview that can be used for comparisons (other plants, external providers, and so on), and can show up any incorrect planning, for example, if single prices are significantly higher than the comparative prices.

The Business Processes - Actual Line Items report displays the sender and receiver partners for each selected business process. For each partner object, the total quantity entered and the resulting costs (for example) are displayed.

The Master Data Report for Processes provides all important master data for each selected business process.

The reports summarized in the role are not provided in the Business Warehouse (BW), but in the information system for Controlling only.
