An internal candidate is a company employee. The candidate has stored his or her profile in the Talent Warehouse. The candidate is interested in taking a different position in the company.

Activities in SAP E-Recruiting

In Recruitment, the internal candidateperforms the following activities:

●      Storing a profile in the Talent Warehouse

●      Searching for vacancies

●      Applying for jobs

●      Maintaining personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting

Authorizations

In Recruitment, the following SAP E-Recruitingapplications are entered in the authorization object P_RCF_APPL for the internal candidate:

Complete authorizations to add or create, change, and delete all activities in all processes are stored in the authorization object P_RCF_ACT (Activities in SAP E-Recruiting) for the internal candidate.
