Function documentationTechnical Data Environment

 

You can use this function to display a tree structure that represents the customer's technical data environment. You can view the relationships between connection objects, premises, pods, device locations, devices and registers.

Prerequisites

You have identified and confirmed an account that contains at least one existing contract. You have then selected the Technical Data Environment tab in the account overview area.

Features

  • The account overview component name is IUICOVW and the technical data environment view uses the generic ISU bol tree.

  • The information for connection object, premise and pod are read from the CRM system. The information for the device location, devices and registers are read from the ERP system.

  • You can navigate to specific views using the tree structure nodes which are also links.

Activities

You can personalize the technical data environment tree structure using the Define Object Hierarchy and Object Structures customizing activity. The profile name is IUIC_TD.
