In the mySAP.com Workplace, a MiniApp is available which displays how many batch records must be approved in your worklist. You can set up the selection variant for determining the worklist according to your requirements.

Notes on Adjusting

For different users or user groups, define appropriate selection variants for the RMAEBR report program with which the worklists are determined. Note that the name of the user variant used in the Workplace may not contain the character "&".

Assign the parameter PI_VAR_EBRMA to the user of this role in the user master record, and assign the required selection variants to the parameter.

Integration

The MiniApp returns a cumulative display of the worklist. You can display the detailed worklist if required by starting it from the Workplace menu with the appropriate selection criteria. To do this, you need the role "Approve Batch Record" (SAP_PP_PI_BATCH_RECORD_SUPER).
