(Unregistered) Candidate – Service User 

Technical name: SAP_RCF_UNREGISTERED_CANDIDATE

Tasks

The role of the unregistered candidate is assigned to persons who have not yet registered their data in the Talent Warehouse but who are interested in taking up new employment. The unregistered candidate is used as a service user for E-Recruiting applications to give a person access to these applications without the person having to register his or her data beforehand in the Talent Warehouse.

Activities in SAP E-Recruiting

The unregistered candidate performs the following activities:

●      Searching for jobs

●      Registration

●      Applying for jobs after registration

●      Requesting a new password

Authorizations

The following view is stored in the authorization object P_RCF_VIEW for the unregistered candidate:

The unregistered candidate can change the status of the following object types, which are stored in the authorization object P_RCF_STAT:

Complete authorizations to add or create, change, and delete all activities in all processes are stored in the authorization object P_RCF_ACT (Activities in SAP E-Recruiting) for the unregistered candidate (service user).
