Features

Entering External Service Providers

The infrastructure for communicating with external service providers (for example, point of delivery operators, service and billing providers) has been enhanced. You can now differentiate non-billable services for supply scenarios.

You can use the following functions at point of delivery level:

  • Send notifications about created, changed or deleted services

  • Receive notifications about created, changed or deleted services

  • Monitor data exchange for point of delivery services

These functions are performed using asynchronous A2A enterprise services.

Enterprise Services for Communication within a Market

You can use synchronous enterprise services to make master data for business objects available for market communication (for example, Utilities point of delivery, Utilities service provider).

You can use asynchronous enterprise services to process master data queries in intercompany data exchange. These services are relevant for the following market roles, for example:

  • Metering Point Administrator

  • Meter Administrator

  • Metered Data Responsible

Enhancement to Point of Delivery Transaction

You can now also display customer-specific contents on an additional tab page in the point of delivery transaction.

Connection of Grid Usage Processing to Enhanced Message Management

The following grid usage processes have been connected to Enhanced Message Management (BPEM).
