Role documentation Restricted Recruiter  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

Technical name: SAP_RCF_RES_RECRUITER_ERC_CI_2

Tasks

The restricted recruiter performs the same activities as the recruiter. However, the restricted recruiter does not have the authorization to release requisitions and job postings. The restricted recruiter simply creates requisitions and job postings with the status In Process and then requests a change of status from a recruiter with the relevant authorization.

Note

The system uses the workflow for approving a requisition to request and perform the status change for a requisition.
