Technical name: SAP_FI_TV_WEB_POLICY_ADMIN

Tasks

A user with the Travel Policy Administrator role can run several Customizing applications for managing travel policy in SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC). These applications make ongoing changes in Customizing easier. For example, to edit the hotel catalog, you no longer need to perform one or more IMG activities.

Activities in Travel Management (FI-TV)

A user with the Travel Policy Administrator role can perform the following activities in NWBC:

●      Change predefined addresses

●      Define maximum rates and default values for expense types

●      Define maximum amounts for hotel nights

●      Define hotel catalog

●      Define customer programs

●      Define agreements between travel service providers on customer programs

Integration

This role enables the user to execute the application Travel Policy Management in NWBC.

This role and the associated Customizing applications are not available in SAP NetWeaver Portal.
