Technical name: SAP_FI_TV_WEB_ASSISTANT
A travel assistant performs all activities required to settle trips and expenses in his or her department. This applies to all employees in the employee list of the travel assistant.
Travel assistants can perform the following activities for the employees in their employee lists:
● Create or change travel request, including the necessary travel services
● Send travel request for approval
● Copy travel request for the same or another employee, and edit the copy
● Create or change travel plan, determine availability of travel services, and book online
● Send travel plan for approval
● Copy travel plan for the same or another employee, and edit the copy
● Create or change travel expenses, enter trip facts, and simulate settlement
● Send travel expenses for approval
● Copy travel expenses for the same or another employee, and edit the copy
● Plan auto routes
● Set up travel preferences in travel profile
● Unlock personnel number
Depending on personalization settings, either the travel assistants maintain their employee list themselves, or the system assigns the employees automatically.
This role enables the user to execute the role-based application Travel Assistant in SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC).
This role contains the authorization profile for running the Web Dynpro ABAP-based application My Employees in Employee Self-Service (ESS) of SAP NetWeaver Portal.
This role is not suitable for use in SAP GUI.
