You use the container to gather together assets for download.

You can only download the container completely. Before you download the container, you can convert digital asset image files from one file format, size, or resolution to another. After the download, the container is empty.

Features

The container provides the following features:

  • Deletion of digital assets from the container

  • Entry of single and multiple graphic conversion settings

  • Filtering of the asset MIME (Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension) type

  • Multiple download and delivery options

  • Storage of files in a zipped format within a file system repository in the Enterprise Portal Knowledge Management system

  • Access to stored files by using File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or mass transfer software from a third-party vendor

  • Automatic generation of a table of contents in HTML format

  • Automatic folder creation for each user in the file system

    All data in the container is saved automatically for the user logged on, so that this user has access to the data next time they use the container.
