This function allows you to create and change choice fields.

You can, for example, create a choice field named Equipment Statuswith Available and At Customer Site as the possible values.

Integration

Choice fields can be used by any business component of a mobile application.

In Mobile Sales, the Analysis tile set in the Opportunities component uses choice fields for the field, Style.

In Mobile System Maintenance, the Type: Search tile set in the Activity Journal Definition component uses choice fields for the fields, Category and Subcategory.

In Mobile Service, the Time Planning tile set in the Calendar component uses choice fields for the field, Type.

Features

  • SAP provides a set of predefined choice fields, which are called prefill choice fields.

  • You can create and change choice fields and their possible values.

    You can also set the sequence in which the values must appear in the application that uses the choice field.
