Sales Transaction Types
In the Sales Transactions Settings/Sales Transaction
Types
tile set of Mobile System Maintenance, you can view
and define certain attributes for transaction types.
You can define the following settings:
Generate Transaction ID
The transaction number can be generated either on the client or when the transaction is transferred to CRM. Select this indicator to generate the transaction ID on the client.
Resubmission
Select
this indicator if you want a follow up activity to be created automatically
for a sales transaction after the number of days that you enter in the Resubmission
Period
field.
Resubmission Period
When the Resubmission
indicator
is selected, you can enter a value here to indicate the number of days after
which a follow up activity must be created for a sales transaction.
The Active
indicator is selected
for transaction types that are available for selection in the Sales
Transaction Details
tile set of Mobile Sales.
