This function allows you to search for and view a territory hierarchy (that is, for the top node), or just the territory hierarchy for a lower level node.

Prerequisites

Territories and territory hierarchies are maintained in CRM.

Activities

You can search for a territory using criteria such as the territory hierarchy ID.

Double-click the required territory in the Territories tile to view the territory hierarchy.

  • To view the hierarchy from a high-level node to the lower-level nodes, choose Downward.

  • To view the hierarchy from the lower-level nodes to the high-level node, choose Upward.

  • To expand or collapse the territory hierarchy for a node, select the relevant node.
