You can configure certain settings of calendar templates, such as the time interval for the calendar, calendar color, additional time zone, and daylight saving time.

Prerequisites

You have created a calendar template.

For more information, see Creating Calendar Templates.

Procedure

  1. Choose Start of the navigation path Cross-Component Settings Next navigation step Calendar Template End of the navigation path in MSY.

  2. Select the calendar template that you want to configure.

  3. Choose Personalize Calendar Template.

    The Personalizationdialog box appears.

  4. Specify the settings for the calendar template, choose Apply, and then Save Personalization.

    Note Note

    The settings that you make to a calendar template are applicable to the calendars of all the employees who are assigned to the calendar template.

    Employees can personalize these settings in Mobile Sales and Mobile Service by choosing Start of the navigation path Employees Next navigation step Settings End of the navigation path.
