Technical name: SAP_RCF_INT_CANDIDATE_CLIENT

Tasks

An internal candidate is a company employee. The candidate has stored his or her profile in the Talent Warehouse. The candidate is interested in taking a different position in the company.

Activities in SAP E-Recruiting

The internal candidate performs the following activities:

●      Storing a profile in the Talent Warehouse

●      Searching for vacancies

●      Applying for jobs

●      Maintaining personal settings for SAP E-Recruiting

Notes for Usage

This role contains the necessary authorizations for internal candidates that are required on the front-end systemwhen using a separated system (front-end and backend on different systems).

Authorizations

In the authorization object P_RCF_APPL(Applications in SAP E-Recruiting), activities are stored for the internal candidate that are also stored for the (Internal) Candidate role.

Attributes for the authorization object S_ICF (Authorization check when accessing the Internet Communication Framework) are also stored.
