Technical name: SAP_RCF_MANAGER
The manager wants to fill the vacant jobs. The manager works closely with the recruiters and provides them with support in the form of his or her knowledge about the vacant jobs. In doing so, the manager enters in requisitions the job-specific information and the requirements for possible candidates. The manager creates the requisitions with the status In Process and the recruiter then processes these requisitions further.
The recruiter sends the manager lists with suitable candidates for his or her requisitions; questionnaires are assigned to each of the candidates. The manager views the candidate data and completes the questionnaires.
The manager executes the following activities in SAP E-Recruiting in the portal within the Manager Self-Service (MSS) application using the Manager Self-Service portal role (technical name: com.sap.pct.erp.mss.manager_self_service).
● Requesting the creation of a requisition (A requisition is created in SAP E-Recruiting via the workflow and an approval process.)
● Viewing candidate overviews for the candidates that are assigned to his or her requisitions
● Completing questionnaires about candidates
In the standard system for SAP E-Recruiting 600, more authorizations are delivered for the manager than are required for the activities in SAP E-Recruiting.
