Features

This business function offers a solution to plan a training need for a curriculum type or for a program course and to assign it to persons, positions, organizations or jobs in your company. You can also perform a forecast cost evaluation with this solution by selecting an evaluation path, that is, by selecting the course types to be evaluated that are included in the curriculum type or program course.

When booking a learner to a curriculum or a program course, you can link this learner to a given training need. Based on this link, you can then evaluate the actual costs and compare them with the forecast costs.

Training Needs Management is available for the full spectrum of SAP Learning Solution objects, supporting booking on the standard objects Curriculum Type (DC), Program Course (EK) and E-Learning (ET).
