You can use this business function to import manufacturer part numbers (MPNs) that are linked to a material from a cFolders system. This allows you to exchange MPNs with your contract manufacturers during a collaboration. As the import and export of documents, materials, bills of material, and iPPE objects are supported, all collaboration possibilities are enabled.

Prerequisites

Your cFolders system is on a separate server to the back-end server.
You have set up an RFC connection between cFolders and the back-end system. For more information, see the Implementation Guide under Integration with Other mySAP.com Components Collaboration Folders Specify cFolders System Data .

Features

This Business Function allows you to specify that you want to include any MPNs linked to a material when you import the material from cFolders to the back-end system.
