In the mySAP.com Workplace, you receive a MiniApp with this role which displays how many process orders with a specific status profile are available in the worklists of the person using this role. You can set up the selection variant for determining the worklist according to your requirements.

Notes on Adjusting

Check the status selection profiles for process orders available in the standard system and define your own profiles if required.

Define an appropriate selection variant for the RMAORD report program.

You can use the following standard variants as templates to copy. Note, however, that the names of the user variants used in the Workplace may not contain the character "&":

SAP&PI_MA_PMAN (Process Order Worklist for Plant Managers)

SAP&PI_MA_PLAN (Process Order Worklist for Production Planners)

SAP&PI_MA_SMAN (Process Order Worklist for Shift Managers)

If you assign several different status selection profiles to a selection variant, you will get a separate line with a short text for each selection profile and the number of process orders for each profile in the MiniApp.

In the standard system, status selection profiles are available for statuses such as:

Order to be approved
Locked order
Order to be released
Released order without control recipe
Order to be processed
Incomplete order
Order to be technically completed
Order with errors in cost determination

For performance reasons, it is a good idea to restrict the selection period as much as possible.

Assign the parameter PI_VAR_POMMA to the user of this role in the user master record, and assign the required selection variants to the parameter.

Integration

The user of the role can start the detailed worklist by calling up the object overview of the order information system from the role menu and executing an appropriate selection variant from there.
