Features

Corporate Pension Management

You can use the functions in this business function to manage corporate pension plans for companies in China. This business function enables you to process corporate pension plan data for your employees in line with the general business requirements in China.

The functions enable you to do the following:

  • Define your own corporate pension plans

  • Define your own participation criteria for corporate pension plans

  • Define your own eligibility criteria for receiving payments from corporate pension plans

  • Define contribution calculation methods

  • Calculate and deduct contributions for corporate pension plans

  • Define the frequency of making contributions to corporate pension plans

  • Calculate the tax due on employer contributions in line with Chinese legislation

  • Manage master data for corporate pension plans
