Technical name: SAP_EHS_SAF_SUBSTANCEDATA

Tasks

The task of this role is to store specification data in a structured manner. You can derive specific secondary data for the primary specification data that you entered and then store it.

Integration

You can use the Data Transfer, External – Product Safety role (SAP_EHS_SAF_DATATRANSFER) to create the first database for your SAP System to fill with data, or to update specification data. You can also use the Data Distribution – Product Safety role (SAP_EHS_SAF_DATASENDING) to run a regular static delta distribution to other SAP Systems.

You first need to edit the Specification Management role to be able to:

Display specification data using the following roles:

Specification Information System (SAP_EHS_SAF_SUBSTANCEINFO)

Specification Display (SAP_EHS_SAF_SUBSTANCESHOW)

Output specification data on reports using the following roles:

Report Creation (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTGENERATION)

Report Management (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTEDIT)

Report Shipping (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTSHIPPING)

Report Information System – Product Safety (SAP_EHS_SAF_REPORTINFO)
