Use

You have the option of defining general settings. This generally applies for notifications.

ADRESS_PRIO_AUTO_FORW

Priority for determining the e-mail addresses from the entries in SAPoffice to be used in automatic forwarding

Default: 2

ADRESS_PRIO_CAM

Priority for determining e-mail addresses from central user management

Default: 1 (highest priority level)

ADRESS_PRIO_CUM

Priority for determining e-mail addresses from other sources

 

ADRESS_PRIO_ESS

Priority for determining e-mail addresses from HR user management

Default: 3

INBOX_LINK_CAPTION

ID for the link text or the attachment label that is inserted in the message and used to access the SAP Workflow inbox

You can define your own text in the Object Navigator (transaction SE80) in the message maintenance for your own class. 

Default: NASWN087

 

INBOX_LINK_URL

Link to SAP Workflow inbox that is inserted in the message. The link can navigate to either the UWL (Universal Worklist) or SAP Workflow inbox in the SAP GUI for HTML.

MAX_PROB_CLASS

Messages problem class up to which messages are to be written to the log.

To display the log, choose the Application Log (This graphic is explained in the accompanying text) icon.

For example, if you choose 3, messages in class 4 (trace information) are not written to the log. This enables you to reduce the number of messages in the log.

REQUESTED_STATUS

Send status of the message sent externally that is to be requested by the recipient mail system.

If you want to use parameter STATUS_MAIL to specify that you want to receive an e-mail for a particular status, you must at least request the required status. See also: STATUS_MAIL

If you select A (all statuses), you can select the following values under STATUS_MAIL:

A (all statuses)

E (error status only)

If you select E (error status only), you can select the value E (error status only) under STATUS_MAIL.

 

SAPLOGON_ID

Generic ID that is required for Single Sign-On. Ensure that all users who are to receive notifications use this ID in the SAP Logon. If the ID specified here is not identical to the ID in a user’s SAP Logon, then the user must log on to the system separately to display or execute a work item.

Format:

<System name>[<Application group name>]

Example:

ABC[SSO]

SENDER_ADDRESS_INT

Sender address for Internet e-mail, which is displayed in messages.

 

SENDER_NAME_INT

Sender name, which is displayed in messages.

STATUS_MAIL

Send status of the message sent externally about which the administrator is to be informed by e-mail. 

For example, if you select E here, you will only receive an e-mail for error statuses.

SUBJECT_WF_INBOX

SUBJECT_WF_INDIV

SUBJECT_WF_MULTI

Text ID that is displayed as the message subject.

SUBJECT_WF_INBOX: for messages that contain all notifications of a category.

SUBJECT_WF_INDIV: for messages that contain just one notification. The default setting for the text has a placeholder for the work item text.

SUBJECT_WF_MULTI: for messages that can contain multiple notifications.

You can define your own text in the Object Navigator (transaction SE80) in the message maintenance for your own class.

In SAPOffice the length of the subject text is limited to 50 characters. Subject texts longer than 50 characters are abbreviated but the full text is still visible in the message, title, or link text.

TEXT_...

IDs for standard texts that are generated in notifications. You can create your own texts using the document maintenance function (transaction SE61, Texts in Dialog).

WD_HOST

Server for calling WebDynpro applications that are used for accessing the SAP Workflow inbox and displaying or executing work items. If, in transaction SWFVISU, it is defined that work items are displayed or executed by using a WebDynpro application, this parameter must be set.

WG_HOST

ITS server (Internet Transaction Server) for calling the SAP GUI for HTML that is used for accessing the SAP Workflow inbox and displaying or executing work items by means of a Web browser.

WI_FORWARD_VIA_MAIL

A recipient can execute a forwarded work item when they are a possible agent The recipient does not need to be a selected agent (selected agents are those agents who have the work item in their inbox).
