Procedure documentation Maintaining the Type Linkage  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

In order for the workflow to actually be started, the type linkage between the triggering event created for the object type FORMABSENC and the workflow WS30000015 as receiver of the event must be activated.

  1. Start the Workflow Builder. Choose Tools → Business Workflow Development → Definition Tools → Workflow Builder → Workflow Builder.
  2. Enter WS30000015 in the workflow field of the information area, and open the workflow in change mode.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text to change the basic data of the workflow.
  4. Change to the Start event tab page of the version-independent basic data and activate the triggering event for the Notification of absence workflow. This graphic is explained in the accompanying text has to be displayed in the active/inactive column.
  5. Exit the basic data, activate the workflow and leave the Workflow Builder.
