Procedure documentation Performing Task-Specific Customizing  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

You must assign possible agents to the tasks TS30000016 ( Approve notification of absence) and TS30000017 ( Revise notification of absence) in SAP Business Workflow Customizing.

  1. Start the IMG for SAP Business Workflow. Open the SAP Web Application Server → Business Management → SAP Business Workflow folder.
  2. Choose the IMG activity Perform task-specific Customizing.
  3. Choose SAP Web Application Server → Business Management → SAP Business Workflow → Assign Agents to Tasks.
  4. Link the task TS30000016 ( Approve notification of absence) to the job from which you derived the position for the superior in the department. To do this, select the task and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. Then choose the required job.
  5. Classify the task TS30000017 ( Revise notification of absence) as a general task. To do this, select the task, choose Properties and then General task.
