You can use SEPA direct debit in your sales processes by setting up SEPA direct debit in SAP ERP (for example, by entering mandates for sales and distribution in SAP ERP).

SAP CRM does not support SEPA. You process information for SEPA directly in SAP ERP.

Prerequisites

You have set up SEPA direct debit (including SEPA mandates) for sales and distribution in SAP ERP.
