Performing Actions on Folders and Objects 

Procedure

To perform an action on a folder or object listed in the Portal Catalog, you can either right-click or double-click it:

·        When you right-click a folder or object, a context menu is displayed; the context menu lists actions that are pertinent to the selected object type. Choose the appropriate action in the context menu.

·        When you double-click a folder or object, a default action assigned to that object type is performed. In most cases, the default action is to open the selected object in its primary editor.

·        When you select an object or folder, its basic properties are displayed in the Quick Info area below the Portal Catalog.
