Manually Changing Reference Data 

You can manually change postal reference data.

       1.      Cities with the sub-objects Postal codes, Districts and PO boxes:

In the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO), choose SAP Web Application Server ® Basis Services ® Address Management ® Regional Structure/City File ® Cities (or transaction SR11).

       2.      Streets:

In the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO), choose SAP Web Application Server ® Basis Services ® Address Management ® Regional Structure/City File ® Streets (or transaction SR21).

       3.      Postal codes:

In the SAP Reference IMG (transaction SPRO), choose SAP Web Application Server ® Basis Services ® Address Management ® Regional Structure/City File ® Postal Codes (or transaction SR31).

As of SAP Web AS 6.40, the difference tables that are required for the quarterly adjustment are also filled during the manual changes mentioned here.

For some lower releases, these functions are available as of a certain Support Package level.
