Configuring Levels of Top-Level
Navigation
You configure the levels of top-level navigation by setting a property in the Default Framework Page.
You have copied the Default Framework Page. For more information, see SAP Note 687485.
1. In the Portal Catalog choose Portal Users ® Standard Portal Users. This folder contains the Default Framework Page.
2. Right-click Default Framework Page and choose Open ® Object.
3. In the Property Editor, from the Property Category dropdown list, choose Navigation.
4. In the Number of Levels in Top-Level Navigation property, select the value 0, 1, or 2, depending on how many navigation levels, if any, you want for top-level navigation. Levels following this number continue in the Detailed Navigation iView.

Choosing 0 removes top-level navigation and displays your entire navigation structure in the Detailed Navigation iView.
5. Click Save.

The following properties exist for backward compatibility reasons. If used together with the Number of Levels in Top-Level Navigation property, they have no effect:
§ Number of Display Levels in the Top-Level Navigation iView
§ Start at Level in the Detailed Navigation iView
§ Number of Display Levels in TLN in the Content Area iView
