Provide an overview of associations among people, organizations, objects, and locations
Document assumptions or facts that arise as a result of the investigation as they pertain to each of the related entities

Relationship type
Describes how people, organizations, objects, and locations are related to one another. You can define relationship types in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management
under .

must not be changed.
Expunge date
Specifies the date a relationship is deleted. If the date is kept at its default value of initial
the relationship is not deleted. You can also implement a Business Add-In (BAdI) to delete the relationship on the expunge date
in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management
under .
Security level
Defines the security level needed to display a relationship. You make the settings required for authorizations in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management
under .

You can create relationships directly from cases, leads, incidents, activities, persons and organizations, objects, and locations. Relationships are defined with two entity types:
Master data
Person
Organization
Object
Location
Transactional data
Incident
Activity
Lead
Case
You can create relationships between master data entities, and between master data and transactional data entities.
There can only be one relationship of a specific relationship type between two entities. For example, the relationship “is married to” can be created several times among different person objects, but it is not possible to set up several “is married to” relationships among the same two person objects.
